Celebrating 4 Seasons Holiday in Rauris
Rauris and the Raurisertal offer enough variety for a top holiday in all 4 seasons. In winter, before, summer and after season, for young and old.
Rauris and the Raurisertal in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Salzburgerland offer a wide range of beautiful mountain walks and mountaineering. There are also wonderful tours for experienced and inexperienced mountain bikers. If you pay close attention you can also see the majestic vultures and golden eagles flying around.
Golden Lodges owes its name to the origin of Rauris and the Raurisertal. For centuries, more than 10% of the worldwide gold supply was found here. During your stay you can go explore with a gold sieve to wash the fine tinsel from the water.
The Rauriser Hochalmbahnen ski area in Rauris is suitable for experienced skiers and snowboarders, but also for beginners. Within a radius of 30 km from Rauris you will find no less than 1,000 km of slopes. For cross-country skiers there are beautifully landscaped trails in the Raurisertal. In Rauris there are plenty of options for ski rental and you will also find excellent ski schools. Of course you can simply let us arrange all this.
